"I called to inquire about why I was receiving a new $78 dollar charge on one of our insured vehicles after I had just paid the November bill that was for both cars. I was somewhat upset that there was an additional charge that I assumed was an unannounced increase in the overall policy for both cars. The person I spoke with listened to my inquiry, and then explained in detail why I received the notice, and that the notice was not an increase, but was for Decembers payment that reflected a billing change style that StateFarm was putting into effect starting in December. There was no policy increase and my auto payments would continue without interruption. I’m an old Boomer and having someone listen to me and give me detailed info and reassure me that all was good was refreshing. The customer service representative’s name was Cassidy. PS: Shortly after my call I received the “December” billing notice for our other car and was able to confirm no rate change. 👍🤠"
